Physical address during pandemic
All products carry an unconditional 30 day full refund policy, no questions asked. If the return is due to faulty manufacturing, we will pay return shipping. Returns beyond 30 days in new, uninstalled, and marketable condition will be refunded at current market price.
Unless stated otherwise for a particular product, all items we manufacture carry an UNLIMITED warranty duration against electrical failure from any cause (even sinking, lightning etc.). We will repair and return or if we are unable to correct the problem we will send you a new or reconditioned replacement. Customer pays warranty return shipping to Yandina. We return with (domestic) shipping prepaid. International warranty returns may be charged for return shipping if no problem is found. We reserve the right to void this warranty under unusual circumstances.
On most products the unlimited warranty does not cover failure due to customer installation errors. 15% of Trollbridge battery chargers are destroyed due to failure to follow installation instructions. For installation errors a replacement is made available at reduced price. If applicable an included WARNING sheet will indicate the replacement cost.
Products manufactured by others that we retail have a 30 day warranty.

We ship Priority or Express Mail worldwide. Shipping prices are quoted prior to checkout at actual cost of postage for Express and Priority mail calculated by USPS based on zip code and weight.
We offer UPS Next day, Second Day, 3rd Day and Ground at full UPS retail price plus a service charge.
CLOSEOUT AND REFURBISHED PRODUCTS. These items are either refurbished returns from customers or factory seconds with cosmetic defects. All carry a full electrical warranty. They have been fully checked, components replaced where necessary and are equal in function to new items, but cannot be sold as new. Some items may have minor cosmetic defects. Terminals may have been changed, cables extended, fuses added, etc.
AVAILABILITY IS NOT GUARANTEED If added to your order, and the item is out of stock, you will be issued a full refund. We try to keep the availability up to date but they sell quickly and may not be shut off in time on the web site.
